Track sampling

If you wish to sample any part of any track by Transparent Purple Trip, or any artist represented by Clear Cartridge Music, for non-commercial purposes then please give credit to the original artist when the track is released.

If you wish to sample any part of any track by Transparent Purple Trip, or any artist represented by Clear Cartridge Music, for a track that you plan to release commercially then please ask permission to use the sample before releasing the track. Do not release the track until permission is received.

Please use the Contact Me page to send an email to Clear Cartridge music regarding any use of samples. Failure to comply with the above terms could result in legal action.

Everyone uses samples, and we don't want to begrudge anyone from sampling our music. We just want all original artists to get the recognition they deserve.
